Magnetic crack detection machine to detect hairline cracks on any ferrous material, eg.machine tool components, forgings, heat treated parts.
It operates on the principle of magnetising the components either by keeping small components on magnetizing bed or by flexible electrodes for big components by applying magnetising ink in a prescribed suitable method depending upon the size of the components
