Magnetic crack detection machine to detect hairline cracks on any ferrous material, eg, automobile components, earth moving components.
It works on the principle of magnetising the components either by keeping small components on magnetising bed or by flexible electrodes for big components. The magnetising ink is applied by a suitable method depending upon the size of the components.
